About Molimer
The reason Molimer is here is angular serif and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. It sits at 6 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. It is Marvadesign's work.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. Our own plan for it is beauty, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The listing files it under editorial, elegant, extended latin and fall — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. You will find it among the serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. The wording people arrive with is serif fonts and script and serif font combinations, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
