About Migase
What we like about Migase is how little it tries to be everything — it does aesthetic serif font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Serif Fonts shelf. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. BrandSemut is the name on the listing. Only 8 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
If you want one use for it, take bold serif display: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
