About Kaleky Quicka
What we like about Kaleky Quicka is how little it tries to be everything — it does 7ntypes, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Serif Fonts shelf. It sits at 8 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Faris (7NTypes) is the name on the listing.
Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. The obvious job for it is banner fonts, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The words on the listing are beauty fonts, branding fonts, chunky fonts and clean, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. Related wording on the shelf: serif. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. You will find it among the serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. We track what people actually type before they land here: serif fonts and script and serif font combinations. If that is roughly what you were after, this font is in the right family.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
