About Halloween
Most of what turns up under art fonts black fonts needs work before it is usable. Halloween is the version that does not. With 13 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. The designer behind it is Sontaya.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. The obvious job for it is baby fonts, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Type background fonts, banner fonts, basic fonts and calligraphy fonts into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are serif and they stay on this page. Its home here is Serif Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Judged against the requests we see — serif fonts and script and serif font combinations — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
