About Gloré
Ask for branding serif font and you get a hundred near-misses; Gloré is one of the few that answers the question as asked. 35 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any. The designer behind it is Heinzel Std.
Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. The obvious job for it is chic serif font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether branding serif font is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
