About Flashdisk
Ask for advertising and you get a hundred near-misses; Flashdisk is one of the few that answers the question as asked. It comes from gatype. 14 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
Put it to work on book first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether advertising is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
