About Crypetic
Crypetic earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to display, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. maikofarazhatta made it. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Only 12 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. The obvious job for it is ghost, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
