About Cersik
Cersik earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to aesthetic serif font, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. With 4 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It is BrandSemut's work.
Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. We would use it the way the listing hints — bold serif display — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
