About Becki
If advertising font family is what you came for, start here — Becki is the plainest reading of that request on the Serif Fonts shelf. Credit goes to Graphicxell. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. 3 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. Put it to work on architecture design font first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Filed as becki font, boutique logo font, branding and branding headline font. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. Nearby you will see serif, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. It is shelved with the rest of the serif fonts, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. The wording people arrive with is serif fonts and script and serif font combinations, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
