About Bandito
The reason Bandito is here is alternate character font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. It is Graphicxell's work. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It sits at 9 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
Look at the face at body-text size before you look at it big. Most serif disappointments happen at eleven point, not at forty-eight. Our own plan for it is bandito font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether alternate character font is really what you are getting.
The words on the listing are beauty, beauty branding font, beauty logo font and beauty packaging font, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. We filed it under Serif Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on serif fonts and script and serif font combinations, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. The neighbouring searches are serif — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
