About Aura Winter
Ask for aesthetic font and you get a hundred near-misses; Aura Winter is one of the few that answers the question as asked. Rashdrawn is the name on the listing. 5.0 out of 5 from 1 review — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. With 4 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.
Our own plan for it is alternative glyphs, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
