About Adeq
The reason Adeq is here is abc and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. Only 4 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It is maxs_graphic's work.
We keep it filed mentally under abstract, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Look at the face at body-text size before you look at it big. Most serif disappointments happen at eleven point, not at forty-eight. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Search for alphabet, art, awesome and background and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. On this site it lives on the Serif Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing serif fonts rather than searching for it by name. Judged against the requests we see — serif fonts and script and serif font combinations — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. The neighbouring searches are serif — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
