About Maison Des Pastel
We put Maison Des Pastel on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf because automotive is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. Only 15 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. Credit goes to joliciatype. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge.
The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. We keep it filed mentally under badge, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether automotive was the description or the aspiration.
The words on the listing are branding, canva font, casual and charming, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. Related wording on the shelf: script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. On this site it lives on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing script and calligraphy fonts rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
