About Italian Breakfast
There is nothing clever about Italian Breakfast, and that is the compliment: it does what the shelf promises and stops there. The designer behind it is Roland Hüse Design. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. With 54 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.
We would keep it for the project where a font has to work on the first try. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
Its home here is Script and Calligraphy Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. Nearby you will see handwritten, hand written, signature, cursive and brush, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
