About Holiday Sketch
Most of what turns up under branding needs work before it is usable. Holiday Sketch is the version that does not. With 10 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. It comes from Headfonts. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
If you want one use for it, take christmas: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Type cozy, display font, festive and font duo into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. The neighbouring searches are script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it. Its home here is Script and Calligraphy Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
