About Veylor
Veylor earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to brand, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. Nobody has piled onto it yet, which means the only recommendation here is ours. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. nihadmekdad made it.
We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. The obvious job for it is clean display font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The words on the listing are editorial typeface, elegant, fashionable typography and font, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. On this site it lives on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing sans serif fonts rather than searching for it by name. The wording people arrive with is sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are sans and they stay on this page.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
