About Veloura
What we like about Veloura is how little it tries to be everything — it does boutique branding font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. nihadmekdad is the name on the listing. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. 7 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. We would use it the way the listing hints — chic logo font — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether boutique branding font is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
