About Turbovox
Ask for elegant font and you get a hundred near-misses; Turbovox is one of the few that answers the question as asked. nihadmekdad is the name on the listing. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
Our own plan for it is future, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Filed as future font, futuristic font, modern and modern font. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. The searches that bring people to this shelf are sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it. People after this usually search sans too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. We filed it under Sans Serif Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
