About Sweet Scribble
Ask for autumn font and you get a hundred near-misses; Sweet Scribble is one of the few that answers the question as asked. Only 7 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It comes from CraftedType Studio. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. We keep it filed mentally under basketball, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether autumn font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
