About Slasher
Slasher earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to all caps font, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. The designer behind it is Pian45. The save count is still small at 6, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. The obvious job for it is apparel font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
Filed as blocky font, bold font, branding font and chunky font. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. We track what people actually type before they land here: sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. If that is roughly what you were after, this font is in the right family. Nearby you will see sans, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. Its home here is Sans Serif Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
