About Sharktank
Sharktank earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to casual display font, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. With 4 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. The designer behind it is Illustration Ink.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. Our own plan for it is casual font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
If you came in looking for craft svg font, crafty font, cricut display font and cute ocean font, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. What this shelf gets asked for is sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. On this site it lives on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing sans serif fonts rather than searching for it by name. People after this usually search sans too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
