About Romance
Most of what turns up under beauty font needs work before it is usable. Romance is the version that does not. It sits at 4 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It is Roronoa zoro.S.P.D's work.
If you want one use for it, take bold font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
