About Roejak
This is the one we reach for when the request is beverage. Roejak keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. SayStudio is the name on the listing. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. Put it to work on bold first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
It answers to beverage font, bold font, branding and branding font, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. The same shelf also answers to sans, so widen the search there before giving up on it. It is shelved with the rest of the sans serif fonts, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
