About Ravellique
We put Ravellique on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf because athletic font is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. With 3 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. Credit goes to Colourful.
We keep it filed mentally under bold font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether athletic font was the description or the aspiration.
Search for display font, esports font, italic font and logo font and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. It is shelved with the rest of the sans serif fonts, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. What this shelf gets asked for is sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. Related wording on the shelf: sans. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
