About Our Hand
What we like about Our Hand is how little it tries to be everything — it does adorable, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. The save count is still small at 14, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It is CraftedType Studio's work.
If you want one use for it, take amusing: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
