About Kilgar
Most of what turns up under bold needs work before it is usable. Kilgar is the version that does not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. The save count is still small at 5, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Credit goes to RagamKata Studio.
We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. Our own plan for it is branding, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether bold was the description or the aspiration.
Filed as bold font, branding font, condensed and condensed font. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. Related wording on the shelf: sans. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. You will find it among the sans serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Judged against the requests we see — sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
