About Kanom
This is the one we reach for when the request is abstract. Kanom keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It sits at 1 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. It is maxs_graphic's work.
We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. Our own plan for it is alphabet, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
If you came in looking for art, background, bold and branding, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. The same shelf also answers to sans, so widen the search there before giving up on it. It is shelved with the rest of the sans serif fonts, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one. Judged against the requests we see — sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
