About Hunter
This is the one we reach for when the request is action font. Hunter keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. 2 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It comes from Pian45.
We keep it filed mentally under all caps font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether action font was the description or the aspiration.
Type apparel font, blocky font, bold font and branding font into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. The same shelf also answers to sans, so widen the search there before giving up on it. You will find it among the sans serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
