About Hu Windsans
The reason Hu Windsans is here is font bundle and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. The designer behind it is heummdesign. It sits at 22 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. The obvious job for it is font duo, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether font bundle was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
