About Haruko
Haruko is one we kept when we last trimmed this shelf: it does its one job and does not ask for attention while doing it. It sits at 10 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. The designer behind it is Letterayu. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge.
It is the sort of font we keep around for the job that cannot wait for a redraw. We look at the lowercase l, the capital I and the figure 1 side by side; if two of them are the same shape, the face will cause trouble. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
Judged against the requests we see — sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. Its home here is Sans Serif Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
