About Gligatr
Ask for athletic and you get a hundred near-misses; Gligatr is one of the few that answers the question as asked. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It is qrdesignstd's work. It sits at 2 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
Put it to work on baseball first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Search for baseball jersey, basketball and bold sans serif and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. We track what people actually type before they land here: sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. If that is roughly what you were after, this font is in the right family. You will find it among the sans serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
