About Gc Bargain V2
Gc Bargain V2 is our advertising pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The designer behind it is Glyphonic. The save count is still small at 38, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
We keep it filed mentally under body text font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
