What we like about Galactic is how little it tries to be everything — it does aesthetic font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. Pamlico Creations is the name on the listing. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. With 1 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.
If you want one use for it, take cricut font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
