About Fatzero
What we like about Fatzero is how little it tries to be everything — it does bold, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. Only 3 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. Credit goes to Typia Nesia. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. If you want one use for it, take branding: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Filed as condensed. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. Nearby you will see sans, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. What this shelf gets asked for is sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. On this site it lives on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing sans serif fonts rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
