About Circumference
Circumference is our abstract pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It sits at 1 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. It comes from Pukka De.
The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. If you want one use for it, take alfabeto: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether abstract was the description or the aspiration.
It answers to alphabet, background, calligraphy and cartoon, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. You will find it among the sans serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. What this shelf gets asked for is sans serif fonts and fonts sans serif. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. The neighbouring searches are sans — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
