About Zomelya Cobweb
What we like about Zomelya Cobweb is how little it tries to be everything — it does blood font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. The designer behind it is IHD.STD. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any. Only 3 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. Our own plan for it is bone-chilling font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether blood font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
