About Taisa
Ask for apparel design and you get a hundred near-misses; Taisa is one of the few that answers the question as asked. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. No saves on it yet — new files sit like that for a while, and it says nothing about the file. It is mail.skygroup's work.
If you want one use for it, take book cover design: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether apparel design was the description or the aspiration.
The words on the listing are celtic knot font, crafters font, craft svg font and cricut display font, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The neighbouring searches are poster, headline, vintage, retro and slab — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it. On this site it lives on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing display and poster fonts rather than searching for it by name. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
