About Spooky Grinch
This is the one we reach for when the request is 70s fonts. Spooky Grinch keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. 5.0 out of 5 from 12 reviews — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. The save count sits at 306, and a number that size usually means the file does what its preview promises. Keithzo (7NTypes) is the name on the listing.
A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. The obvious job for it is autumn fonts, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. The reviews have done the testing for you; the preview is all that is left to check.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
