About Outline Blackletter
This is the one we reach for when the request is antique typography. Outline Blackletter keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Wow Magic made it. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. Put it to work on apparel font first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
