About Nika
Most of what turns up under ancient craft font needs work before it is usable. Nika is the version that does not. It is quiet on saves so far, so take this as our opinion rather than the crowd's. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. mail.skygroup made it.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. We keep it filed mentally under artistic band font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
Search for band poster font, braided line art typeface, celtic knot display font and celtic weave font and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. The neighbouring searches are headline, vintage, retro and slab — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it. You will find it among the display and poster fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Judged against the requests we see — vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
