About Malo
Ask for aggressive spiky typeface and you get a hundred near-misses; Malo is one of the few that answers the question as asked. Credit goes to Angel_Srapix. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Only 2 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. Our own plan for it is book cover typography, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether aggressive spiky typeface was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
