About Magical Season
What we like about Magical Season is how little it tries to be everything — it does 90s fonts, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. Credit goes to Keithzo (7NTypes). No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The save count sits at 111, and a number that size usually means the file does what its preview promises.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. Our own plan for it is background fonts, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
