About Loren Blake Duo
What we like about Loren Blake Duo is how little it tries to be everything — it does branding, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. 181 people have saved it over there, which tells us the idea works for more than just us. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Credit goes to elvinova.
Our own plan for it is classic, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether branding was the description or the aspiration.
The words on the listing are classy, elegant, fashion and feminine, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The searches that bring people to this shelf are vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it. You will find it among the display and poster fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Nearby you will see display, poster, headline, vintage and retro, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
