About Lazy Dark
We put Lazy Dark on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf because 4th of july is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. 9 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. yogaletter6 made it. 5.0 out of 5 from 1 review — a small sample, but it is the sample there is.
Our own plan for it is elegant font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
