About Holly Bells
Most of what turns up under bold font needs work before it is usable. Holly Bells is the version that does not. The save count is still small at 2, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It comes from Burntilldead. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
The obvious job for it is christmas card font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
