About Gonaro
If advertising font is what you came for, start here — Gonaro is the plainest reading of that request on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The designer behind it is Bundle.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. If you want one use for it, take album cover font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
The listing files it under apparel font, artistic font, bold display and bold font — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. The neighbouring searches are poster, headline, vintage, retro and slab — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it. We filed it under Display and Poster Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
