About Extra Large
What we like about Extra Large is how little it tries to be everything — it does albumcoverart, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. The save count is still small at 20, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It comes from Dancubs. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 1 review, which is better evidence than the thumbnail.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. Our own plan for it is branding, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
