About Demon Beast
The reason Demon Beast is here is advertising font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. It comes from Cikareotype. It sits at 22 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
The obvious job for it is album cover, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether advertising font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
