About Cuvela
This is the one we reach for when the request is advertising font. Cuvela keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. It sits at 2 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. Wow Magic is the name on the listing.
We keep it filed mentally under apparel font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether advertising font is really what you are getting.
Search for beverage font, bold display, bold font and bold typography and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. Its home here is Display and Poster Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Judged against the requests we see — vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. Related wording on the shelf: poster, headline, vintage, retro and slab. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
