About Cute Unicorn
Cute Unicorn is our bcaligraphy font pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. Nobody has piled onto it yet, which means the only recommendation here is ours. It comes from Preketek texs. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. Our own plan for it is beauty font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The listing files it under bold font, brochure font, brush font and bundle font — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. The same shelf also answers to display, poster, headline, vintage and retro, so widen the search there before giving up on it. We track what people actually type before they land here: vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts. If that is roughly what you were after, this font is in the right family. On this site it lives on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing display and poster fonts rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
